Production Times
Each product is made just for you when you order it — which means there is a production time before your item ships.

We believe good things are worth the wait — and we appreciate your patience while your items are crafted with care.
Shipping Times
Once production is complete, your items are shipped directly to you from our fulfillment partners.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
